Order Processing
All orders are processed on the next business day after they are placed. Before dispatch, our team will make a confirmation call for every order. Customers are requested to answer the call to confirm their order. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation cannot be completed.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be Returned or Exchanged only if:
- Product is damaged during transit.
- Manufacturing defect.
- The product does not meet your expectations.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned with its original packaging.
Products purchased through Cash on Delivery (COD) cannot be returned. COD orders are eligible for exchange only, subject to the applicable ₹300 exchange charge.
Products cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once the 7-day return window has expired.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or refund. Customers may request an exchange within the eligible period, subject to the ₹300 exchange charge and applicable exchange conditions.
💰 Refund Policy
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection (QC).
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and passes the quality check.
For Prepaid Orders, an applicable return charge of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or refund. COD orders are eligible for exchange only, subject to the applicable ₹300 exchange charge.
